Registration

Registration fee:

The fee includes the Welcome Reception, coffee-breaks, lunches, and the Meeting Dinner.

The registration will be made by TA DMC Portugal. Note that the same registration page is used for both the main EBEC and the "Protein Electrostatics" satellite, making things easier for those attending both. The sections specific for each of them are respectively marked as "Main EBEC" and "Protein Electrostatics Satellite Meeting", while all others are common to both meetings. If you are registering just for the satellite, do NOT fill the "Main EBEC" sections.

You can also book your hotel in the Registration page. Notice that one of the suggestions (Radisson Blu Lisboa) is just across the street from the venue (see map).

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email message. (Note that this message mentions only the main EBEC dates, etc, but ignore that info.)

Abstract submission

Once you get registered, you can login to submit your abstract.

All participants should submit an abstract. In the case of regular participants (PIs), this is mainly intended to help scheduling the talks; in addition to the title, a few descriptive lines will suffice. In the case of students/postdocs, a more extensive abstract should be submitted to facilitate the selection of posters to be promoted to short talks (based on the quality and novelty of the work described); students applying for a short talk should also send their short CV and a letter from their supervisor to [email protected]

Note that, similarly to the registration, the same abstract submission page is used for both the main EBEC and the "Protein Electrostatics" satellite. For the latter, select the Topic "SPE. Protein Electrostatics Satellite Meeting". If you are attending also the main EBEC, simply submit a second abstract under other appropriate Topics.

Abstracts are to be submitted in Word format, following the same guidelines provided here for the main EBEC.
